My name is Travis D. Allred. I am a Cache Valley native growing up in Hyde Park and I love this community. I graduated from Sky View High School in 2000 and served an LDS mission in Independence Missouri. I then attended Utah State University and later University of Utah. I married my amazing wife BreeAnn in 2004, and have four beautiful children, including our oldest Boy/Girl Twins who are 12, then an 8 yo girl and 6 yo girl. I enjoy serving Cache Valley and the surrounding areas through the real estate industry. I am passionate about building relationships with great communication. I started in real estate in 2006. I worked as a career full time firefighter and paramedic with Murray City Fire Department for ten years. This allowed me to help people during the most challenging parts of their lives. Now I focus on helping people navigate some of the best part of their lives. My commitment to you is to provide exceptional communication and unmatched customer service with a giving edge. I have sold over 150 million dollars in real estate with over 500 transactions. I have over 20 million dollars in personal and co-owned real estate. I received my GRI designation in 2009. I have been listed as the Top 1% of Realtors in the nation for the past 3 years, and top 25 agents in Utah for the past 2 years. I received the Realtor of the Year award in 2018 and 2021. I currently serve as the Director of Public Relations on the Cache Valley Association of Realtors Board.
